The Collective

Woof Nova is Temple Crocker, Annie Kunjappy and Daniel Nelson.

Our collaborative model is fluid based on individual interests and the specific needs of each project. Often one of us will initiate a project and the others will make significant contributions: serving as researchers, designers, choreographers, co-directors, craftspersons and/or performers.   We are committed to fostering the artistic growth of each collective member while continuing the development of the group’s aesthetic language and ensemble practice.  We have continued relationships with other artists including Jeremy Ayers, Carla Bosnjak, Brandon Pane, Tim Becker, Sarah Lloyd, Chas Marsh and Sarah Nerboso.

Woof Nova’s projects have been presented through ongoing relationships with the Ontological-Hysteric Theater, Incubator Arts Project, La Mama ETC and the Ko Festival of Performance. Additionally our work has been presented at the Baltimore Theatre Project and the LOFT.  We have been funded by The Manhattan Community Arts Fund in association with Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and The New York State Council for the Arts along with The Field’s Artist Residency program, supported by the Lambent Foundation Fund of the Tides Foundation, and the Dramaleague Artist Residency Program. Woof Nova is fiscally sponsored by Fractured Atlas.
